Powerful 3-phase-input Low Profile (LP) units of AEPS-GROUP series JETNA-LP with improved power factor are made for 3-phase mains 400 (323-440 VAC, 390-620 VDC, 3 phases without N), 50 Hz and 220 (187-264 VAC, 263-372 VDC, 3 phases without N), 50 Hz – on request. It’s possible, on request, to provide 400 Hz input models. DC inputs may be used too in any polarity, please consult with the producer.
Made for conductive cooling systems, operational in case temperature range of -60…+95 °С. Other cooling systems may be used too (please see the datasheets).
Electrical features: all JETNA-LP units utilize output synchronous rectification, which brings their efficiency up to 94% – 95%. The units include full set of service functions, up to active current sharing parallel operation. On request it’s possible to order models with high output voltages, up to 400 VDC.
Constructional features: series units JETNA-LP achieve a unique combination of compact design and high efficiency. This results in unprecedented power density of 35 to 42 W/inch3 in their respective power range. Aluminum or copper case base has stiffening ribs and also serves for conductive cooling. Considering that all components significant in weight are connected to the base and submerged in heat-transferring potting – resistance to and durability against mechanical stress is unique. Unique property of the series is ultra-low-profile height (only 29 mm for JETNA1000-LP and 39 mm for JETNA5000-LP) and extreme temperature operating range of –50° C to +95° C or –60° C to +95° C (on request).
AEPS-GROUP JETNA-LP units are optimal to be utilized in application fields 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 – for sealed and protected spaces as well as for aerial objects at heights up to 15 km in unsealed and unprotected spaces: planes, drones, helicopters, hot air balloons and gliding devices, meteoprobes. Also applied in all types of land transport – railway locomotives and wagons, cars, tracked vehicles. The units are also an optimal fit for telecom equipment, mining, supercomputers, radars and informational displays and screens, located in outdoors conditions. At the same time, JETNA-LP units operate in Arctic and Antarctica, in mountains at all heights and in cold or hot deserts etc.

By mounting this baseplate to a system chassis, external heatsink, or a cold plate (liquid cooling), the power supply can safely operate at full load even in completely sealed, unventilated environments.
