We are pleased to announce the planned update of our past but popular of isolated DC/DC converters – TESND!

Features:

• Mounting via flanges and large mounting holes: allows for the strongest mechanical contact (highly important to withstand vibrations and mechanical shocks) with ease of mounting and increased area for thermal transfer to facilitate operation at higher temperatures (−60°С to +125°С).

• High efficiency: thanks to optimized circuitry and synchronous rectification, the maximum efficiency now reaches up to 92%, ensuring less heat generation and endurance.

• Parallel Operation Functionality: the capability for active current sharing parallel operation is available in the TESND250 module, giving our customers greater flexibility when scaling systems.

• Modern components: the series was re-worked to include modern electronic component base

The updated TESND converters maintain all key features, including the wide input range of 28W (16-50 V), a rugged case with stiffening ribs, conductive cooling and unique resistance to mechanical stress.

We proudly introduce our latest generation of specialized power supply solutions for tethered drone systems (TDS) – the JETNA-H-LP (AC/DC) and JETDH-LP (DC/DC) series. 

These two series allow construction of the power-pair. 

JETNA-H-LP is to be placed in the on-land part of the TDS. Fed from 3-phase mains and providing various levels of high voltage DC output  – 390-620 VDC. The DC voltage is transferred via cable over length of hundreds of meters to the tethered drone. There, on-board (aerial) power supply units JETDH-LP receive the high voltage and then provide low voltage output to the on-board electronics.  

Naturally, the series may be used separately. Both series may be controlled to provide flexibility of operation and accommodation to the immediate TDS needs. 

Thanks to continuous power supply, tethered drones can cover large areas without interruptions for recharging. The TDS may be equipped with various sensors and devices, as per needs of the customer, to gather data, monitor surroundings etc. This can bring benefits in both defence and industrial sector.

Alexander Electric is proud to announce its newest series of power supplies designed for industry as it is today. This family of products is born from custom development that drop in directly to replace VPT DC/DC units while keeping all external and mounting dimensions the same for easy direct integration.

We are pleased to announce that our new JETDiV series of modules have been fully and successfully tested. These innovative devices are ready for operation and have demonstrated high reliability and functionality.

JETDiV modules can work simultaneously with DC and AC networks in the amount of up to 3-4 networks in total. This opens up new possibilities for their use in field conditions, where power from different sources is often required.

An additional benefit is reverse polarity protection, which makes the modules ideal for use in devices such as UAVs. This feature ensures the safety and durability of equipment, minimizing the risk of damage due to improper connection.

The new JETDiV series promises significant improvements in efficiency and ease of use, providing a reliable and versatile solution for work in the most difficult conditions.
